Goose thigh in orange sauce

My Israel cusine experience.  Goose thigh in an orange sauce, with mashed potatoes and green beans on the side, and a plate of pickled vegetables.  I used a spoon to eat up all the sauce, what can I say.  Would have licked the plate if I wasn't determined to uphold our Aussie reputation for couth behaviour.
Batya - all it was promised to be, and only 77 shekel with a half pint glass of nice red.
